Copy editing focuses on smoothing out technical errors, as well as stylistic issues such as diction and phrasing. We will offer advice on improving the flow, continuity, and accuracy of your documents to help you produce an error-free, professional, finished product.

Our copy editors will:

• Correct errors in spelling, grammar, word usage, punctuation, and style
• Ensure source material is properly referenced
• Fact check
• Create consistency in heading styles, tables, figures, captions, and lists
• Develop a style sheet for reference
• Identify/query inconsistencies in logic, facts, details, etc.
• Revise to meet word count or length requirements
